He is survived by: his wife Carolina Gama Gaitan of August; his daughter Angela Martens (Rick Martens); his grandchildren, Alesha Sohler (Brian Sohler) and Tony Martens (AJ Martens); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Zachary Martens; his brother Henry Gaitan (Ann Gaitan); and his niece Shirley McCollum (Stanley McCollum).
