She was loved and cherished by many people including : her grandfather Sita Ram Mandal; her children, Anita Kumar, Smita Kumar, Pramathesh Kumar and Rajesh Kumar; her grandchildren, Matthew Kumar-Montei, Alex Kumar, Uma Kumar-Montei, Megan Kumar-Omelian, Asha Kumar-Omelian, Ami Kumar and Anupama Kumar; her children-in-law, Eric Montei, Eric Omelian, Celeste Kumar and Nirmita Kumar; her brother Mayukh Dhar Virnave (Bowa Mamu); her husband Sita Ram Mandal; her son Amaresh Kumar; and her grandmother Kranti (Bachelor). She was also cherished by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
