He is survived by: his wife Naivette Ryxee; his children, Elijah Chance of Fremont, CA, Tiamaye Maria of Fremont, CA, Amyla Rosario of Fremont, CA and Traevor Carlton (Ramina Carlton) of Turlock, CA; his mother Ila Mae Carlton of Boomer, NC; and his siblings, Michial Carlton (Lisa) of Atlanta, GA, Joseph Carlton (Mon Nhim) of Charlotte, NC and Dr. Eileen Parsons (Randy) of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Scenic Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (545 Moravian Falls Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697).
