He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Cook); his son Patrick; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his brother Patrick; his sister-in-law Mary Jean; his nephew Shawn; his nieces, Erika, Abigail and Rebecca; his siblings-in-law, John Cook and Sue Cook; his nephew-in-law Robert Cook; and his brother-in-law Byron Cook.
