It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Urmila Parikh (Fremont, California), who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Urmila Parikh to show support.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kantilal Shah and Shardaben Shah; and her husband Ushakant. She was also cherished by her spouse, three children, nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

In 2018, she and Ushakant moved to Dallas to live with their son Sam and eventually Menlo Park near their daughter during the pandemic in Aug 2020.

“I’m writing this on 9/16/25. I remember my mother’s brother Kantilal from Bharuch. We called him Kantimama. He had 3 children. Urmilaben, Babulal and Usha. I was at Urmilaben’s wedding and soon after that she moved to USA to be with her husband Ushakant. since then I lost touch with Urmilaben. I am now 80, living in Florida.
