He was predeceased by: his wife Manuela Martinez Peña; his parents, Bernabé Peña and Petra Peña; and his grandchildren, Maira, Ezequiel, Sarah, Richard and Bernabé.
He is survived by: his children, Bernardo Rodriguez, Teresa Rodriguez, Lucas Peña, Martin Rodriguez, Polo Rodriguez, Robert Peña, Manuel Peña, Maria Peña, Cecilia Peña, Angelica Peña, Pablo Peña and Mario Peña; and his siblings, Eliseo, Nicholasa, Margarita, Ramona and Laura. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the P. L. Fry & Son Funeral Home (290 N Union Rd, Manteca, CA 95337). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony 's Catholic Church (505 E North St, Manteca, CA 95336).
