She is survived by: her husband Ezequiel Hernandez; her siblings, Jova, Reyes and Trinidad; her children, Maria (Sean Carrell), Jose (Rita Hernandez), Gerardo (Alexis Hernandez) and Herminia Hernandez-Leon (Sergio Leon); her grandchildren, Phillip, Isaiah, Bret, Matthew, Kayla, Jordan, Adam, Nyah and Naomi; and her great grandchild Chloe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
