He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Gutierrez and Carmen Gutierrez; and his brother Bill Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Peter (Patti) and Susan Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Katie Barry (Clinton Barry) and Renn Gutierrez; and his great grandchildren, Adeline and Finn Barry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
