He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Roger Conley Sr. and Marjorie Hine Conley. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Leeana and Wiley; his wife JoAnn Tyler; his daughters, Robin, Pam and Renee (Bruce); his brother Wiley Roger Conley Jr.; and his sister-in-law Vicki Lee Anderson Conley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
