He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Phebus and Marjorie Phebus. He is survived by: his children, Darren James, Tricia Brown (Jon) and Terri Clement (Eddie); his grandchildren, Tyler Brown (Vanessa), Katelyn Brown, Alex Brown and Dylan Brown (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Lachlan and Kennedy; his sister-in-law Patti McKernan; his nephew Michael Sanders; and his niece Fahmie Geron.
