He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; and his parents, Glen Guy and Una Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Knevelbaard (Mike) and Michael Leonard (Dan); his grandchildren, Karissa Chacon (Reyes) and Kasey Knevelbaard; and his sisters, Glynna Fenske (Jeff) and Cheryl Greene (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
