She was predeceased by: her husband Mincion Kong; and her sons, Juan and Roberto Kong. She is survived by: her children, Jorge Kong (Luisa), Ana Young (Ken), Felix Kong and Rosa Lau-Staggs (Rick); and her grandchildren, Brandon Young, Kristen Thomas (Owen), Philip Kong (Callisa), Jason Kong (Tracey), Andrew Kong (Kara), Jacklyn Fikes and Kimberly Lester (Morgan). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
