He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert "Hap" Noland and Fleda Noland; his wife Diana Noland; his siblings, Kay Sagaser, Marlene Rice, Hattie Mae King and Jim Noland; and his grandson Joshua Jakubowski.

He is survived by: his children, Shelly Jakubowski (Eric), Jeff Noland (Michele) and Russell Noland (Gabriela); his siblings, Ken Noland (Patricia), Sarah Johnson (Wayne) and Paula Wright (Doug); and his grandchildren, Madison, Andrew, Justin, Zolín, Jacob and Pilar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
