He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jackley and Jo Ann Jackley; his sister Cheryl; and his uncle Jim. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his brother John; his aunt Joann; his sons, Kenneth, Christopher (Kristina) and Joshua; and his grandchildren, Sabrina (Augie), Alyvia, Benjamin and Harper. He is also survived by numerous sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California.
