She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Franck and Rosa Franck. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Row; her sons, Norman (Marilyn) of Waco, TX and Doug (Kathy) of Madera, CA.; and her grandchildren, Traci Trevino (Chris), Keith Row, Kristy Appleby (Willie), Joshua Row and Michael Row. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
