She was predeceased by: her daughter Heidi Lynne Millard; and her parents, Marguerite Blumenauer Williams and Robert Wesley Williams. She is survived by: her husband Larry Earl Millard; her sister Mary Williams Bailey; her children, Robert D. Millard (Lesli Millard) of Ventura, CA and Mindy L. Copeland (Gabe Copeland) of Fresno, CA.; and her granddaughters, Heidi Millard and Vivienne Copeland.
