With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emily Palacios (Fresno, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Vela and Maria Vela; her siblings, Vacilio, Rudy, Lina, Cora, Joe, Tony and Rosa; her significant other Aurelio Palacios; her sons, Michael, Mark and Paul; her grandchildren, Mikey, Steven, Kurtis, Noah of Dante, AJ, Alex and David; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Ayden, Amariah, Aaliah, Nattiel, Harper and Olivia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home (836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, CA 93720). A rosary will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
