He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ens and Caroline Gunther Ens; his wife Joyce Irene Schultz; his brother Jerry Ens; his brother-in-law Stan Brandt; his nephew Shane Ens; his nephew-in-law Eddie Henry Jr.; and his grandson-in-law Thomas Shepard.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Penner (Roger) and Carol Brandt; and his sons, Dale Ens (Cathy), Lyle Ens (Marla) and Mike Ens (Lisa). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
