He is survived by: his wife Patricia C. Starnes of Coarsegold; his children, Lonnie Starnes (Reba) of Clovis, CA and Tonya Priest (Justin) of Clovis, CA; and his brother Darrell Starnes (Earline) of Fresno, CA.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
