She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Garcia; her children, Rebecca Coster and Richard Abney; her parents, Romualdo Trevino and Margarita Gomez; and her siblings, Andrew, Rose, Mary and Norma.

She is survived by : her sons, Michael Abney and Dan Abney; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Michelle, Nathaniel, Leslie and Holly; her great grandchildren, Kaydee, Nina and Gabriel; her great great grandchild Kolter; and her siblings, Ray, Ruben and Lula (Ellen Brenneman Don't).

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fresno Memorial Gardens (175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706).
