She is survived by: her husband Nguyễn Hữu Nhung; her child Nguyễn Hữu Bích Huyền (Phạm Anh Vũ); and her grandchildren, Dayna Thai, Ashlee Thai, Kenny Thai, Jollie Nguyen, James Nguyen, Julianna Nguyen, Jasmine Pham, Dustin Pham and Kimmie Nguyen.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Tam Bao Temple under the name "Hy Nguyen" are preferred, honoring Nguyễn Cung Thị Hỹ's commitment to her faith and community.
