He is survived by: his mother Maria Santos Lopez; his children, Raquel Medina, Samantha Pedroza and Ashley Hurley; his grandchildren, Gilbert Medina II, Erma Medina, Jason Medina, Charlotte Delatorre, Athena Delatorre, Ivy Lopez and Brody Lopez; and his siblings, Raquel, Lupe, Martha, Jose, Ruben, Francisco, Juan and Esteban.
