He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Underwood; his sons, Nathan and Jonathon Underwood; his daughter-in-law Yasmine Underwood; his grandchildren, Riley, Everly Underwood and Caleb; his sisters, Karen Ohran and Sherry Woodside; and his brother-in-law Rodney Woodside.
