He was predeceased by: his former wife Marlene; and his children, Pam and Greg (Jean). He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his daughter-in-law Tammie; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Mariah, Anthony, Clayton, Kristin and Eric. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Remembrances may be made in his name to the American Diabetes Foundation, P.O. Box.
