He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Theresa Marie, John Steven, Cynthia Michelle and James Michael; his niece Patricia; his grandchildren, Nicole, Meagan, Jessica, James Michael Jr., Zackery, James Michael H., Samantha, Christina, Danielle and Mackenzie; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
