He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Harper (Tracy) of Hanford and Leah McMillan Harper Johnson (Robert) of Cordele; his grandmother Peggy McMillan of Cordele; and his aunt Livia Ousley (Ron) of Byron, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests those desiring to send donations may send them to St. Joseph's Research Hospital or to the donor's favorite charity.
