He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert B. Wade and Vesta M. Wade (Gallagher); and his brother Dee A. Wade. He is survived by: his wife Noreen L. Wade (Nash); his children, Beaumont L. Wade (Jennifer) of Prescott, AZ. and Macy L. Santee (Tracy) of Wernersville, PA.; his sister Leahde A. Wilt (Carl) of Sparks, NV.; and his grandchildren, Evan Wade (Austin Wade) and Morgan Brill (Logan Santee). He is also survived by niece and three nephews.
