He is survived by: his wife Jane Takeuchi; his daughter Patricia Negoro; his daughter-in-law Vivian Takeuchi; his grandchildren, Kiana Negoro, Russell Takeuchi Jr., Keila, Michael Tolladay Jr. and Garrett Takeuchi; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Takeuchi, Natsuyo Takeuchi, Reiko Takeuchi and Frances Sakata. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
