She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Rodriguez and Jose Rodriguez; her husband Louie Avila; her daughter Guadalupe Avila; and her siblings, Benjamin Rodriguez, Paul Rodriguez, Mike Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, Teresa Rodriguez, Connie Garcia and Erlinda Sosaya.
She is survived by: her daughters, Herlinda (Carlos Figueroa), Cynthia (Donald Crone), Arizona and Frances (Ricardo Hernandez); her brother Tony Rodriguez; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Rodriguez. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home (836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, CA 93720). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (4636 W Dakota Ave, Fresno, CA 93722). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Fresno Memorial Gardens (175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706).
