He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Perez and Andrea Perez; his wife H. D. Theresa Perez; his daughter Rebecca Ford; and his sister Esther Nunez.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Sandra Perez, B. S. Andrea Perez Limas, F. A. Tim Perez (Gail Taylor) and J. D. Raquel Perez Katsouridis (Demetris Katsouridis); and his siblings, Michael Perez (Cheryl Perez) and Linda Reyes. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
