It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Marilyn Mattern of Fresno, California, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Mattern. She is survived by: her children, Frederick (Julie Mattern), Dian (Gregory Gonzales), Mathew (Toni Mattern), Michael Mattern, Mary Dawn Mattern, Gregory Mattern, Teresa Mattern, Laura (Brian Peranick) and Steven (Theresa Mattern). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
