He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Mehmet Noyan and Wanda Noyan; his brother Doryan; his stepmother Frances; and his in-laws, John and Mamie Mortillaro.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Noyan; his children, Johnny Noyan of Clovis and Angela Feiner (Daniel) of Los Angeles; his grandsons, Sebastian and Julian Feiner; his stepsisters, Nikki and Angela; his sisters-in-law, Carol Parker (Alton) of Jackson Hole and Janet Heinrich (Terry) of Clovis, California.; and his nieces and nephews, Dr. Buck Parker, Joseph Parker, Camille Parker Thomas of Jackson Hole, James Heinrich of Long Beach and Ann Heinrich of Fresno, California..
