She was predeceased by: her parents, Bilbo Cooper and Georgia Cooper. She is survived by: her husband James Hoover, Sr.; and her sons, James Hoover, Jr. and Eric Jerone Hoover (Mary). She is also survived by five beautiful grandchildren.
