He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Katie; and his brothers, Kevin, Dennis and Jerome.
He is survived by: his daughter Grace Harley; and his brothers, John Harley and Thomas Harley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
