She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rhea and Freda Rhea of Fresno, CA.. She is survived by: her sisters, Rochelle, Rogene and Kathe; her husband Dewey Lee Turner; her friend Russel Linman; her sons, Nathan Turner and Tim Turner; her daughters-in-law, Kristen Turner and Kari Turner; her brothers-in-law, Kathe (Rod Robinson), Roger Turner and Gary Helm; Debbie Turner and Diane Helm. She is also survived by five grandsons, one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter, her younger sister.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Rise Church (1023 N Chinowth St, Visalia, CA 93291).
