He was predeceased by : his parents, Merle Parker and Richard Parker. He is survived by : his wife Lois Van Epps (Oil Dorado Days); his children, Craig Parker and Nancy Parker Osiecki; his grandchildren, Sarah Parker, Richard Parker, Carly Creelman and Cody Creelman; and his great grandchildren, Damian, Makenzi O'Neill and Rowan Creelman.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Donations may be made in Richard's honor to his favorite charities: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) or the Sacramento SPCA.
