He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent and Annie. He is survived by: his wife Kathie (During); his children, Karrie Stemler, Kelley Sanchez (Peter), Katie Baker (Doug) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Allie, Lindsie, Karlie, Macie, Sydnie, Blakelie and Presley; his great grandchild Noah; and his brothers, Alexander and Gerald.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be sent to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
