She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordan Thomason and Florence Thomason; her brother Sherman; and her husband Ray Darnell. She is survived by: her sisters, Suellen Velthuis and Sandi Concannon (Mike); and her children, Denise Scott (Wayne), Michael Darnell, Patrick Darnell (Julie) and Kari Darnell. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
