Vikki Troy Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 23, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Vikki Troy of Fresno, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. You may also light a candle in honor of Vikki Troy or send a beautiful flower arrangement to the funeral service.

Though Vikki may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vikki touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bales and Margaret Bales (Wilson); and her brother Richard Allen "Ricky" Bales II. She is survived by: her significant other Russ Pratt; her children, Shane (Lauren) of Maryland, Christian (Tori) of California and Jennifer (Seth Cantrell) of California; and her sister Dody (Brad Mariscotti) of Indiana. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four nieces and nephews.
