He is survived by: his brothers, Fred and Bob; his friends, Rod and Paul; his children, Gregory Paul, San Diego, Pepperdine Law School and JD; his son-in-law Mark Copeland; his wife Sharon Klusmeyer; his daughter Kathleen; and his grandchildren, Jared, Tyler, Casey and Courtney. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrews Episcopal Church Fullerton in Cecil's name for the Soup Kitchen and Altar Guild.
