She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Kane Simpson; her parents, Joseph Brown and Catherine McHale Brown; and her brothers, Dr. Joseph Browne and Dr. William Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin and Michael; her grandchildren, Stephen (Priscilla) and Theresa (Ivan); her great grandchildren, Mateo and Elena; and her sister Margaret Mary Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
