She is survived by: her husband Richard Adamson; her pet Desi; her son John Adamson; her daughter-in-law Christina Adamson; her granddaughters, Blayney and Cydney Adamson; and her sister Leslie Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sally's name and honor may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church or St. Jude Medical Center.
