She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Joseph Flack. She is survived by: her children, Albert Joseph Flack, Jolene Carol Kearns and Michael Glenn Flack. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
