With solemn reverence, we commemorate Toyoko Yanohira of Gardena, California, born in Waipahu, Hawaii, whose life came to an end on September 28, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. She is survived by: her husband Yasuo Yanohira; her children, Janice Sunahara and Eric Yanohira (Leina); and her grandchildren, Drew Sunahara, Keira Sunahara and Emma Yanohira. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many grand- and great-grand nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fukui Mortuary (707 E Temple St, Los Angeles, CA 90012).
