She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Medina and Maria Isabel Segovia; her siblings, Jose Pepe Medina (Maria), Margarita Suarez (Rufino Sr.), Jose Villa (Josie) and Maria Esperanza Alonzo; and her children, Vera Becerra (Jack) and John M. Perez.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Rivera, Jennie Garcia (Edward Sr.) and Julian Lara. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
