She was predeceased by: her brother Chris. She is survived by: her parents, Jim Bolton and Fran Bolton; her siblings, Chuck (Tom), Carter (Maria), Carrie Howell (Rick), Jim (Liz) and Michael (Maribel); and her pet Othello. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to pet rescue organizations, a cause close to Cathy's heart.
