She was predeceased by: her mother Norma. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her daughters, Adrienne Lewallen and Charlene Medina; her sons-in-law, Shawn Lewallen and Andrew Medina; and her grandchildren, Ethan Lewallen, Tennyson Lewallen, Leah Medina and Hayden Lewallen.
