He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Donald Wellington Allen and Yvonne Marie Allen; and his sister Gail Ohyama. He is survived by: his spouse Tess Allen; his sister Linda Zazzara; his daughter Amy Thomas; and his stepchildren, Antonio, Bessie Martinez Jr., Christian, Cristina Martinez, Stephanie, Paul Calinawan and Catherine Martinez.
