He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Scott and Katie Mae Scott (Sistrunk); his former wife Lou Ann; and his siblings, Orville, Donald, Wanda and Shirley.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad and Paul; his wife Ann Overman Scott; his brother Mervin; his nephews, Brad (Lisa) and Paul (Halee); his niece Louise; his granddaughters, Katie F. Jackie, Jordyn, Ellie and Vivi; his caregiver Maira; Louise.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakdale Mortuary (1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at the Oakdale Memorial Park (1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to Azusa Pacific University or to the charity of their choice.
