He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Rodriguez; and his children, Marty A Rodriguez Jr., Barbara Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Carrie Rodriguez, Ray Silva, Kenny Silva, Lawrence Rodriguez, Michel Rodriguez-Avalos, Benny Rodriguez, Tricia Lemus, Mario Alegria and Claudia Sanchez. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
